Active at Altitude is a magnificent mountain lodge and retreat center near Estes Park. We have 6 rooms over 2 levels that provide flexible accommodation options for 1 person to 15. Our goal is to enrich and inspire the lives of our guests and have them leave refreshed, invigorated and nourished, and eager to return for more! Following are examples of the services we offer:
Mountain getaways / vacations
Escape to spacious and comfortable rooms, each one with a mountain view. Relax on our huge deck, watch the wildlife wander or fly by, or use as a base to go and explore RMNP and the mountains. Accommodation options from 1 to groups of 15.
Training & Activity retreats
Whatever your sport, you can benefit from the gain in elevation, be inspired, refreshed and motivated - we have regular camps for specific sports, from running to triathlon and mountain biking; options available from 1 to 15 persons.
Pamper and relaxation packages
Combine our accommodation options with a variety of massage, therapies, and spa treatments for an indulgent time – packages available to suit every budget!
Life coaching
In these uncertain times, it is even more important to focus on your passions, joys, and life skills rather than settling for a life spent sat in neutral. As your life coach, I can help you review what you really want to be doing with your life, and then assist you with planning how to achieve your dreams. Analysis of diet
From a detailed food diary I can analyze your dietary intake and provide detailed feedback and recommendations for changes based on your goals – more energy, weight loss, or weight gain – analysis of diet can change your life!
