For Living’s Outdoor Boot Camps are 5-week exercise programs designed
for you to attain previously unreachable fitness levels while having
FUN!

workouts no longer have to be work! Yes, it really is possible to
have a blast and get fitter than you ever dreamed. Welcome to a
new era in health, Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps – a fun and motivating
exercise-driven class series. This 5-week camaraderie-based "boot
camp" combines fun, teamwork and friendly competition to achieve one
purpose – for you to attain your own personal fitness goals.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase speed and power, improve
endurance, strength and cardiorespiratory conditioning, or simply to
look and feel better.
Camps cater to a wide range of ability levels and are designed so each
person participates at their own fitness level. Sometimes you go
it alone, at other times working with Campmates. You’ll
always be pushed, supported, and cheered on by the Camp Trainer and
your Campmates – we are committed to your success!
We don’t yell, we don’t scream, we WORK and have FUN!
Childcare Convenience
For those with children 6 weeks and older, childcare is available at
the nearby Kids Club of Flatiron Athletic Club. The cost is $6
per child for up to 2 hours.
Camp Sessions:
Camps are offered April-December on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the following times:
- 6:10-7:20 a.m.
- 7:35-8:45 a.m.
- 9:00-10:10 a.m. (Women's-only)
- 5:30-6:40 p.m.
Camp Locations:
Boulder, Broomfield & Superior
Cost per 5-week session:
- $175-245
- Fee
includes ‘before and after’ fitness assessments; optional body
composition/body fat test; Boot Camp t-shirt; and weekly informational
and motivational emails regarding nutrition, behavior modification
techniques and training tips.
