Featured on NBC’s Today Show! Give us 5 weeks and we will pump up your health, fitness and vitality to a level that you previously thought unreachable. Experience what Boot Campers call ‘The most fun you will ever have getting in shape’. Our groups are small, averaging just 10, and are led by an experienced Personal Trainer whose focus is for you to attain your fitness goals.
You will lose weight, tone up and increase strength & endurance, while having a blast with other supportive campers. Designed to challenge varying fitness levels, each day at Boot Camp is unique and may include circuit training, obstacle courses, relay races, trail days, games and more. You’ll always be pushed, supported, and cheered on by the Camp Trainer and your Campmates – we are committed to your success!

Childcare Convenience
The convenience of childcare is available for children 6 weeks and older for our 9:00am women’s camp and our 5:45pm sessions in Central Boulder and Lafayette.
Camp Sessions:
Camps take place outdoors from April-October and indoors from November-March. All classes are 60 minutes long and meet 3 days per week. Women’s-only camps available.
2010 Outdoor Camps are scheduled at various times at the following locations:
- Boulder – Scott Carpenter Park & North Boulder Park
- Lafayette – Waneka Lake Park
- Longmont – Roosevelt Park
Cost per 5-week session: $155-225
All Moxie Moms receive a 15% discount.
