Canyon, the Shambhava School of Yoga at the Eldorado Mountain Yoga
Ashram was founded over twenty five years ago, and offers classes and
programs in hatha yoga, family and kids yoga, hatha teacher Training
certifications, meditation, kirtan (sacred chanting), yoga philosophy,
ayurveda, vedic astrology, and more.

The Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram offers a
variety of classes, workshops and camps for kids and families. Kids
will have a great time in these entertaining and multi-sensory classes,
and all members of the family will appreciate how Shambhava style yoga

We also offer daily Shambhava-style hatha yoga classes for grown-ups.
In our Shambhava style yoga classes, we teach classic asanas while
emphasizing inner focus, vitality and fun. You can choose from a
variety of times and styles of classes, to help you build strength,
flexibility and calmness. You will leave feeling happy and refreshed.
Our smaller class sizes and quiet natural setting create a warm,
nurturing environment for every level of practitioner.
