Coaching is sometimes categorized (career, business, life), but good coaching will influence every area of your life. Whether you want to find balance, start a business or improve your relationship, achieving your goals requires confidence. This comes from understanding who you are, what you want, and then experiencing yourself making choices in accord with this knowledge.

This is what makes coaching so effective and amazing; no matter what your topic, you will leave the experience feeling stronger and more in touch with your identity than ever before. You will be able to make better choices. You will learn to guide yourself forward when you feel stuck. You will learn how to coach yourself towards a continually more fulfilling and purposeful life. I can't ask my clients to find true confidence and embrace the life of their dreams without also doing it myself.
