seeMOMMYrun.com is a free Internet service to help busy women find or start child-friendly running or walking groups convenient to their personal geographic needs, time constraints, and fitness abilities.




BCOR provides a fun outdoor total body workout ... that will challenge you and help you achieve the results you want in only 4 weeks.  We integrate anaerobic and aerobic training, plus polymetrics, stretching, and calisthenics.


Core Elements is a unique combination of Pilates core work, yoga, ballet barre and strengthening exercises using your own body weight and light hand weights.
