Get FIT Mommy offers a Stroller Fusion Class – a 90 minute total body shaping and fitness workout.  Moms get a workout while their babies/toddlers have a fun time in the stroller.



Core Elements is a unique combination of Pilates core work, yoga, ballet barre and strengthening exercises using your own body weight and light hand weights.
