Message to Moxie Moms

a mom, during the first couple of years I felt it was difficult to
leave my child in childcare so that I could exercise. As a
result, I didn’t get back to my desired weight and shape until my
daughter was much older. I have discovered the perfect
solution! Now we can all enjoy a cardio/strength training workout
with our beautiful babies!
Our classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels – you go out
at your own pace and listen to your body. Your child will love
the fun ride and interaction with other children. You can also benefit
by getting out and meeting other moms.
