Very Affordable Group Fitness Training— It’s time to embrace a new
fitness regime suited perfectly to moms looking for a time efficient
workout, all runners, skiers, cyclists, climbers, and anyone seeking
the ultimate core, strength and flexibility workout to compliment their
cardio activity. This class is so complete, women
prefer this method as an alternative to personal training performed 2-3
times a week.
Core Elements is a unique combination of Pilates core work, yoga,
ballet barre and strengthening exercises using your own body weight and
light hand weights.

the weary with this invigorating workout.
Message to Moxie Moms
Through
each class you will be challenged with exclusive exercises and use of
the ballet barre that develop exceptional core strength, improves
flexibility, tones and strengthens your upper and lower body while
defining shapely long, lean muscles. Strong focus on poise
with a dance element and emphasis on posture and spinal alignment.
Core Elements is recommended 2-3 times a week for best results.
Through your commitment, see the importance of motivation with the
camaraderie of other women working to attain their individual
goals. Entice another Mom friend to accomplish this committed
effort with you. This group workout will be like no other
class you have taken before.
