We also offer hand-made trimmed and tied holiday cuts for any occasion including specialty roasts such as pork, prime and crown roasts. At Herb’s, you can buy a side or quarter of beef that can then be cut and wrapped into individual cuts, such as ground beef, steaks, or roasts that you can store in your freezer for your convenience.
