Lemon Sponge Cake Ballet School offers age appropriate classes for children age 3 to 18 taught by an expert faculty in the field of dance. We use sound ballet training and current teaching methods adapted from traditional ballet technique, in conjunction with contemporary movement classes to develop the child's knowledge, understanding and passion for movement. We educate, encourage and support the needs of each student, identify and nurture individual strengths for greater freedom of expression through the art form to be used either professionally or as a life enriching skill. Classes include, Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and advanced programs. The Lemon Sponge Cake Studio daylight filled studio boasts a 1400 sq. ft. floating dance floor and is conveniently located at the Dairy Center for the Arts, 2590 Walnut Street, Boulder.
