The SBMSYF is dedicated to creating awareness about youth affected by MS, offering support and assistance to those affected, and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle while living with MS.
	The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Colorado (303) 750-9474 colorado@colorado.wish.org The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Colorado has been granting the wishes of children between 2½ and 18 years old with life-threatening medical conditions since 1983. The wish experience creates joy and strength for today, hope for the future, and treasured memories, both for the children that we serve and their families.
	Foothills United Way Anne Watson 303.444.4013 x25 The mission of Foothills United Way is to provide support for health and human service programs that improve the quality of life in our communities. The Foothills United Way Child Care Fund distributes funds to twelve Boulder and Broomfield County agencies that serve children under twelve. Our Day of Caring (8/25/06) pairs  volunteers from local companies and organizations with nonprofits and schools to complete a variety of much-needed projects.
	Partners Mentoring Youth www.partnersmentoringyouth.org The mission of Partners Mentoring Youth of Larimer County is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships between positive adult role models and youth facing challenges in their personal, social and academic lives. We serve boys and girls, ages 8-17, who face challenges during their childhood. You can help our program and these youth by volunteering to be a mentor, an activity volunteer or in many other capacities.
