The Children's Museum of Houston (CMH) is all-new and twice as big. Packed with 90,000 square feet of exhibit space, CMH has a three-level building addition that offers seven, state-of-the-art, interactive exhibits, including the chance to build motion machines in Invention Convention; anchor the news, run a business and get elected for city council in Kidtropolis; explore nanotechnology in Matter Factory; portal through a mathematical quest in Cyberchase; take a wet, wild adventure into FlowWorks; and climb a three-story structure in PowerPlay. The expanded Museum galleries, exhibits and programming focus on building knowledge of mathematics, science, civic engagement, financial literacy, diverse cultures and arts, personal fitness, materials science, invention and engineering and early childhood development.
